CFI was founded in 2006 to help America find innovative, science-based solutions for the challenges of the 21st Century. One of CFI’s goals is to promote foodborne illness research. As CFI grows its research program, CFI will publish the results from its research efforts in peer-reviewed journals or as scientific white papers.
