Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy

This meeting is open to the public but space is limited.  Registration fees are $20 for students and $50 for all other participants.  The registration fee includes lunch and breaks.  The registration deadline is May 1, 2012.  Door registration is not available.

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may request a partial refund (50%) on or before May 1, 2012.  No refunds will be given after May 1, 2012.

Please note that your request for a refund must be received in writing (email or fax to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) by the close of business (EST) on May 1, 2012. After this date, no refunds can be given. This policy is necessary to cover commitments to the hotel and other conference-related expenses.

Please allow four to six weeks for your refund to be processed.
